For each new support case, summarise the conversation so far, confirm what the customer actually wants, and draft a reply in our brand voice for me to review. Before I close the case, check that the case category matches the conversation.
Answer incoming support calls for my electronics shop: look up order status, check warranty, walk the caller through basic troubleshooting, and brief a human with the details before transferring when you cannot fix it.
Answer questions about renewing a driver licence or replacing an ID, in English or Spanish, guide the person to book an appointment, and tell me which questions you could not answer.
An employee has a laptop connectivity problem. Walk them through the fix from our knowledge base, resolve it if you can, and otherwise route it to the right team with a summary of what was tried.
Answer passengers' baggage, refund, booking and disruption questions in their own language, and check each answer against policy before sending it.
A customer sent a complaint with photos and a PDF. Summarise it, find similar past complaints and what fixed them, and suggest a priority. Show your sources and leave the decision to me.
Support task: work helpdesk tickets. Draft replies and triage labels only; I will send the final messages.
A new customer signed a contract. Using their contract record and our plan knowledge base, answer when it starts, their price type and when activation happens. Tell them if you do not know.
Answer City Hall calls around the clock. For permit questions, read the live permit record and tell the caller its status and any balance due.
Answer customer questions using our state-by-state rules, account and transaction tools. Check every message for signs of problem gambling and hand those to a human straight away with the conversation.
Look at new support tickets, find duplicates of an open ticket, and merge them with a note saying why. If you are not sure two tickets are the same, leave them alone and flag them.
Answer shoppers' questions about our products, hand over to a person when a human touch matters, and give the person the conversation so far.

Answer customers' travel questions, resolve what the rules let you, and pass the rest to a human agent with a summary.
Answer questions about accounts, withdrawals and fees around the clock from our help articles, and pass anything involving a dispute to a person.
Answer calls to the county's consumer-affairs line in any language, resolve what you can, and hand the rest to staff with a summary.
A customer walks into the store with a broadband problem. Look up their account and orders, find the cause, and give the staff member the next step.
Ask the customer what went wrong, fill in the case form from their answers, and create the incident. Ask again if something required is missing.
